$500 Giveaway — Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The $500 Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by BedrockLove (the “Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the United States, excluding any jurisdiction where the Promotion is prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Promotion begins at the start of the pre-launch sign-up period and ends when the pre-launch countdown displayed on the BedrockLove home page reaches zero (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period.
4. How to Enter
To enter, submit the pre-launch sign-up form on the BedrockLove home page with a valid full name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will be handled according to the Sponsor’s privacy practices.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive US $500, awarded electronically (for example, by ACH transfer, digital gift card, or comparable method at the Sponsor’s discretion). Total approximate retail value: US $500. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, within thirty (30) days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or if the notification is undeliverable, or if the winner is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return tax documentation (such as IRS Form W-9) and an affidavit of eligibility before the prize is awarded.
8. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
